Ignorance By Choice ReviewEnjoyed this book. The thing that made it a stand out to me was that the characters, even the murderous and evil Charles, were so multi-dimensional. I read a lot in this genre and don't often find the villain someone I feel empathy towards--and it has nothing to do with his politics. I enjoyed that there was more to Charles than his psychopathic murders. It made me care about him, while still hating him. I found it disturbing in a way and interesting that he was so humanized, rather than just the looming evil. I am also always one for the fast pace, page turning search for the killer and this did not disappoint.
