The Collective: A Novel of Adventure and Suspense ReviewI read Jack Rogan's first novel, "The Ocean Dark", and thought it was good. Lots of action, creepy situations, promiising first thriller. I was eager to read his next effort, hoping to see a talented, new writer continue to improve. Alas, reality did not match the expectation. There was lots of action, but the premise was so ridiculous that I wanted to throw this piece of garbage out the window. When you find out what the conspiracy is, you will laugh out loud. IT is unbelievably stupid, and he attempts to provide no support whatsoever for his mysterious conspiracy theory. Don't waste your time or money on this, try some Rollins,David lynn Golemon, or Stephen Hunter if you want some good, old fashioned conspiracy theory shoot em ups.The Collective: A Novel of Adventure and Suspense OverviewIn a quiet community outside Fort Myers, Florida, a home invasion and murder draw a crowd of Feds.
