Any of the Fodor's recommendations we tried were excellent, including scenic highways to take, restaurants to try, and hotels to stay in on the coast. We had a great trip and much of it can be attributed to the excellent tips in this book. It's important to check costs of entry to different places before going, though, because the book can't stay updated with the changes these places make.
